Newsletter - 21st November 2016

21st November 2016

Dear families,

Congratulations to Miss Yeasmin!

I am pleased to inform you that Miss Rabia Yeasmin has given birth to a healthy baby boy weighing 8lb 3 ounces.  I know you will all join me in wishing Miss Yeasmin and her husband congratulations on the birth of their son.

Wet Weather

The weather has become incredibly wet and blustery!  Please ensure your child comes to school suitably dressed with a named coat.  It is important that the coat is named as it makes it easier for us to find should it become lost.  Please avoid bringing in umbrellas and wellington boots as we do not have space to store them.

Parent Workshops

There is a change to the parent workshop schedule.  On the 30th November, we will be running a workshop alongside the Royal Borough of Greenwich in supporting families in leading healthy lifestyles.  This will start at 9:15am.

Thank you

Thank you to all who attended our parent conference days.  This is an invaluable opportunity for teaching staff to share with you your child’s successes and areas that can be improved.  If you were not able to meet with your child’s teacher, please speak with them at the end of the day and I am certain they will be able to find time to discuss your child’s progress.
